Shipping Regions

Shipping to US

US orders are shipped from our warehouses in Utah and Tennessee.  We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous US states.  Orders that are over $50 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.  However, express shipping options can be selected and calculated at checkout.  Orders are processed within 1 business day and based on your selected shipping standard, they will take about 1-7 business days to arrive.

After your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing the shipment's tracking number.

Shipping to Canada

We offer shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the product and the shipping address. Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping. We process orders within 1 business day, and once shipped, they take about 1-7 business days to arrive.

After your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing the shipment's tracking number.

International Shipping

On select products, we offer shipping to the rest of the world.  Exclusions will be listed in the product details page. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the product and the shipping address. Orders over $199 automatically qualify for free shipping. We process orders within 1 business day, and once shipped, they take about 5-14 business days to arrive.

Duties & Taxes

US & Canada

There will be no duties on US and Canadian shipments.  However taxes will be charged at checkout.

Rest of World

Duties and taxes will be assessed by your government and you will be required to pay the fees in order to clear your shipment.  We will not be able to determine these charges in advance. 

Returns & Exchanges

Peace of Mind: 30-Day Trial

We want to make sure you have the best experience with our company.  Which is why all of our products are backed by a 30-day risk-free trial period.

This 30-day period begins the day you receive our products —not when you order them.  We hope that this gives you the chance to see how well our products integrate into your life.

If you are not satisfied with your experience, please email our customer support team at support@shopworkflo.com or fill out the form below. From there, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provided with details on how to return your products.

Conditions

All returns must be in "like-new" condition with original packaging, and photographic evidence will be requested prior to initiating the return.  We reserve the right to refuse the return if original packaging is not preserved or if the products have been improperly used.  For non-defective items, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Returns cannot be initiated after the 30-day period.

Please note that the 30-day trial does not apply to bulk or custom orders.

Broken/Defective Items
